You don’t come across the Anthurium Silver Blush very often! This plant looks a bit like the Anthurium Clarinervium or Anthurium Crystallinum, but it is slightly different. The veins are silver colored and therefore extra striking. The heart-shaped leaves are dark green and can grow to enormous size under the right growing conditions. An extra plus: beautiful leaves of the Anthurium Silver Blush are velvety soft!
Anthuriums are native to South America. These plants grow on the ground in tropical areas, but can sometimes climb a tree. The leaves can grow up to 30 centimeters in nature.
The Anthurium likes high humidity. For example, you can place the plant under a glass jar or place it next to a humidifier. The Anthurium grows in the wild in the shade of other plants, so be careful with direct sunlight. Make sure that the potting soil of this houseplant is always slightly moist. Do not spray the leaves with a plant sprayer. This can cause mold to form on the leaves.
