To view your data, you must be logged in to your Plantler account. Your account gives you 24/7 access to your personal data. You could always change your data if needed.
Please note that any data changes applied after you place an order will not change the data for that order itself: only for future orders. If there’s a change in delivery address after you’ve placed an order, please contact us.
We only use your data to process your order. All customer data is stored in processed by us in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Right to erasure
You can always have your personal data deleted from our database. Just contact us and we will have your data deleted as soon as possible. Once deleted, you will receive a confirmation.
We do not pass your data on to third parties
Plantler never passes your personal information on to third parties. Excluded from this are the companies we have to engage in order to process and deliver your order, such as the delivery service and the payment provider. In these cases we will only pass on data that is absolutely necessary.
