Description
The Monstera is one of the most popular indoor plants worldwide. Its striking foliage with split leaves with small holes along the veins are very decorative. The leaves will split and form holes as the plant ages. This mini Monstera is still quite young, which is why its leaves are still whole. But if you care for it properly, the characteristic leaf shape will appear in time! Luckily, the Swiss cheese plant is quite a strong plant that’s easy to maintain, so it’ll hardly cost you any effort.
Place the Swiss cheese plant in a semi shady or light spot, but not in direct sunlight. Make sure the potting soil is always mildly moist, but not wet. It’s best to water the plant regularly, and to give small amounts of water each time. Just enough to moisten the potting soil. We also recommend regularly misting the leaves to maintain a high humidity.
